Hey friends! I figured it was time to properly re-introduce myself — it’s been 5 years 🫣 My bestie @daniellekeyphotography (who happens to be an insanely talented photographer!!) took some photos of me so I’d thought now would be the perfect time.

I’m Kelsey 🤍
Mom to Wyatt, Charlotte, and Vivienne, wife to my favorite guy, and the person behind www.shoppedAndLoved.com.

I share the mom hacks, favorite finds, beauty products I love, and the little tips that make everyday life a bit easier.

I’m a part-time homeschool mom, have a million hobbies (my newest is embroidery 🤪) love to cook, chauffeur my kids to baseball/dance/golf/horse and enjoy doing anything creative!

This space has always been about real life, honest favorites, and a sense of humor when parenting throws you that kind of day. You’ll still find all of that — plus actual recommendations I use in my own home and with my own kids.

Current skincare routine as a 35 year-old mom of 3 🤍

I keep my skincare simple, consistent, and focused on hydration, pigment control, and long-term skin health. No trendy overload — just what actually works for my dry, sensitive skin.

AM ☀️
• Medicube Zero Pore Pads (light exfoliation + smoothing)
• Prequel Multi-Quench Hydration Mist
• Prequel Glycerin Serum (AM & PM staple for dry skin)
• Timeless Vitamin C (20% + Ferulic)
• La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ — every single day, no excuses

PM 🌙
• Prequel Multi-Quench Hydration Mist
• Anua Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Serum (new addition — loving this for dark spots)
• Wait ~30 minutes
• Tretinoin 0.05% Cream
• INNBEAUTY Project Extreme Cream (thick but still somehow light — obsessed)

That’s it.
Better skin at 36 than in my 20s because I finally take care of it ✨
Consistency > perfection.
